Multiple config changes;

Ice and fire: Gorgon temples and Mausoleums don't spawn, to many errors/player issues.

Changed dragons' spawn rates, overall lower spawnrates but higher levels of finding larger dragons

Changed recipe for dragonsteel

Disallowed spawning with bestiary

Dungeons mobs:Allowed most Dungeons Mobs mobs to spawn during raids

Increased spawnsize groups

Waystones: Made it so it costs XP to travel between waystones, portstones, and sharestones

Every 1500 blocks between 'stones' is one level with a maximum of 30 levels

Portstones have a cost multiplier of 0.5
