Betweenlands Hardcore

- Altered the hotbar textures to match the style of the Unity resource pack, because it fits the aesthetic of the Betweenlands far better than Stay True does.
- Misc. menu retexturing, also to better fit Unity and the Betweenlands.
- Minorly improved the Decay bar texture to appear more rounded.
- Reduced the default Music, Weather, and Footstep volumes.
- Put the Fire sound effect through a low-pass filter, so it sounds like smoldering peat rather than a blazing bonfire.
- Renamed Anvil to Syrmorite Anvil to match the naming convention of all other Syrmorite items.
