What's new

- Removed Perfect Spawn, as Betweenlands already has a config option for starting in the Betweenlands, and does a better job

- Tweaked a few values in Enhanced Visuals to be less obtrusive

- Finally got the correct Default Options shipped, like no Auto-Jump, and quieter footsteps
