Config Changes

• Enabled ModernFix Dynamic Resources and Faster Item Rendering to greatly improve game performance and reduce memory usage
• Enabled Enhanced Dimensional Nerf in the Opotato config so modded tools do not work in the dimension
• Fixed keybind quest having two entries for backpacks
• Disabled Forge's built-in version checker to reduce load times and network load
• Disabled RandomPatches bamboo optimization in favor of Embeddium's
• Removed the part of the tutorial that instructed you to not eat the bread
