Chunk Sending[Forge/Fabric]

Optimizes chunk packet sending through sorting and distributing them over time.

• More seamless server login/teleport/respawn/dimension change, as nearby chunks load first
• Less network strain as chunks are spread out over time, decreasing lag spikes and improving playability for people with slow connections

Requires Cupboard dependency to be installed in newer versions

• Configure the maximum amount of chunks sent per tick

No known incompatibilities, should work fine with any mod.

Only required on serverside.
