Developer Notes:

This update took much longer than I'd like to admit for the sole reason of troubleshooting an issue with banner patterns from other mods seemingly breaking entirely upon application to a banner. Thankfully, in addition to rooting out that small issue, I've also found and terminated some other minor issues as well, including the conclusion that Improved Windows made it a pane in the glass to build using glass panes or iron bars if you happened to be placing them on a slab, regardless of the slab's orientation.
