A lightweight, fully customizable nameplate addon built specifically for Hardcore gameplay, with accurate threat awareness, dangerous-cast highlighting, YOU/PET target tracking, Estimated Time to Kill, and a full in-game visual designer.

Hardcore Combat Awareness

Threat: Accurate Classic threat states including Low, Gaining, Losing, and Tanking, without displaying inferred fallback values as fake percentages. Targeting: Clear YOU and PET indicators show when hostile units are targeting you or your pet. Dangerous Casts: Hostile-only dangerous-cast highlighting, configurable watchlist support, curated Hardcore defaults, and Classic interruptibility-event handling. Estimated Time to Kill: Healing-aware TTK estimates with safeguards for evades, full heals, idle gaps, first-hit timing, and recycled nameplates.

Visual Nameplate Designer

Open the Designer with /np and customize health, resource, cast, and threat bars; names and levels; health/resource values; cast name and cast timer; threat text; Estimated TTK; danger and target indicators; cast icons; debuffs; raid markers; and classification indicators.

The Designer includes drag-and-drop positioning, attachments, smart guides, grid snapping, numeric X/Y positioning, rulers, view-only zoom, Undo/Redo, Favorites, Recent Elements, search and filtering, Profile Difference Navigator, Command Palette, custom presets, cross-profile clipboard copy/paste, and editor session restore.

Profiles

Master · Allies · Party · Enemy Player · Aggressive NPC · Neutral NPC · Pet / Minion

Master provides the baseline configuration. Specialized profiles can be enabled when category-specific appearance or behavior is needed.

Auras & Debuffs

Supports Mine, All, Whitelist, Blacklist, and Mine + Whitelist filtering, plus directional growth, wrapping, icons per line, X/Y spacing, countdown placement, stack placement, and configurable warning effects.

Performance

Hardcore Nameplate Designer uses an event-driven, bounded runtime rather than broad polling.

Duplicate events are coalesced, rendering is FIFO and bounded, continuous work runs only when required, and static/hidden states are removed from unnecessary update work.
