Taradiddle

Added a couple of QOL clientside mods.

Added a new dimension for players to explore.
Updated a few configs for general balancing purposes.

Resolved a mob error which caused crashing in the nether.

Resolved a conflict where an ore type was not unifying.

Patched the "Hats" mod so that mobs will actually spawn with hats.
