Overhaule of the modpack

Various changes has been made and the modlist will be updated on the Release update as i am currently working on a new mod for the modpack

Biggest change:
-The modpack is now in 1.19.2 for various reasons
-Lots of mods has been changed (for optimisation and gameplay)
-The 1.16.5 will no longer be updated as the modpack has been asked to be switched to 1.19.2 instead
-Quest system is currently non functionning and has to be overhauled (it will be simplified with fewer quests but more straight forward objectives)

I sincerely apologizes for people who had eyes on some of the most interesting mods from the 1.16.5 version however i am planning to re-add similar features through new mods
