Survivalist Extended

This update was to address some problematic mods and implement some temporary/permanent replacements

Removed

• Friends & Foes - Was causing odd conflicts.
• You Are Seeing Dungeons - When in the area of a YASD dungeon, the player would crash due to a random sound event failing to be called.

Additions

• Dungeons Enhanced - Whilst it's not the perfect replacement for YASD (You Are Seeing Dungeons), it was decided to include anyway, to provide more unique dungeons in the absence of YASD dungeons.
