Added "Dismount entities" mod. This allows you to shift+Right Click entities out of objects such as boats and minecarts. Allows you to help your friends stuck in an Immersive Aircraft vehicle!
Removed "Adaptive Performance Tweaks: items" mod because it would delete blocks mined via the "Ore Excavation" mod
Disabled "ftbchunks" death markers due to redundancy with journey map
