Project Apocalypse

I have selected the better fitting forge for the list of mods. I have refreshed the version of mods used in this pack. I also have started to work on default config so that the desired starting scenario is the default of the options.

During my last play threw I found that the items that did not have an auto generated EMC value helped with the overall balance of the game an that mod. Having danger at every turn and no safety from things trying to eat you not even in your own bed having such an OP mod like ProjectE gives you hope.
