* Downgraded Journeymap in an attempt to prevent a vertices crash with AgriCraft/JEI
* Made progress on the ProjectE balance mechanics (still disabled in this version, but it *is* being worked on.)
* Merged existing recipe change scripts into one overall file for easier maintenance
* Fixed Warp Stone cooldown being set to 300 seconds by default (should have been 0 to be in line with other teleportation methods.)
