**Config changes**
- Disabled inception upgrade
- When you have more than 6 backpacks in your inventory you get profressivly more slowness for each backpack
- All waystone generated in the world are not mineable
- Button in inventory to teleport you to the closest one.
- Increased delay on repair ticks for ring of repair
- Ring of repair only repairs the inventory and not the hotbar or armor/shield
- Power generation and storage from the createaddition mod was increased by 9 times (9 generation of pokemon)
- Changed almost every spawn config for Pixelmon
