What's new

+Added Flopper(fluid hopper) mod.
+Fixed Hazmat Armor not reducing radiation and Steam Armor not applying speed modifiers correctly.
+Lowered the experience payout of the Getting Started and Oddities quest tabs.
+Changed the laser pistol to be more cheap, essentially being able to be used as a starter weapon with hitscan and renewable ammo.
