Complicated Contraptions

Updated a bunch of mods again, and added a few Create addons, as well as custom recipes for the cannon mod because it didn't have any yet (took like 3 hours to make so I hope you like them). Also added Pam's harvestcraft mods, and altered spice of life: CA to add up to 25 hearts. Added a couple mods for performance so hopefully the lag on servers is a little better. 

Removed scaling health because I don't like how easy it is to farm hearts and I don't wanna have to change loot tables. also the difficulty system doesn't fit with the pack so there wasn't much point in keeping it.

This will probably be the last update for this pack as I am going to school in a few weeks, and I wanna make a smaller, pvp-oriented pack in the winter when more mods are updated to 1.19.
