This removed mostly bloat! (and unfortunately, Alex's Mobs) for optimization purposes. Also, the namesake of the update also refers to the addition of Chisels and Bits, Many Cosmetic Armors, a new menu, and the namesake of the modpack itself, the ability to make Bubble Tea via the Create mod!
