Better Than Ocelots [a WORKING Modern Better Than Wolves Port & Additions!]

- Both the Blast Furnace and Smoker have been overhauled and added to the modpack.
- Blast Furnace only takes Lava Buckets, Fire Charges, Hellfire, Blaze Powder and Nethercoal as fuel

- Thank you to Sorimes for the suggestion: You can now toggle on or off in the pause menu Progressive Item Crafting Speedup
- This allows you to craft wool knit, sinew, wicker and web tangle in around 40 seconds instead of 2 minutes. This will speed up the world around you though so be sure you are safe when doing so.

Also thank you to Arminias1 for making the original addon for BTW

-Gravel and Dirt Paths now give a 20% speed boost when walking over them (like all other "hard blocks")
