This is Bobby ported to 1.12.2.
Bobby works by caching loaded chunks in a folder called /minecraft/.bobby. Real chunks sorround the player and cached chunks beyond the simulation distance are not tickable. This mod can be used on client and server.
Requirements: MixinBooter
Incompatibilities: Nothirium, Particle Culling, Entity Culling, REID, Entity Distance, and Dynamic View are not compatible. This mod does some of what these mods do already. Any mods which involves culling should be disabled.
