Antique Atlas Auto Marker

- fix putmarker command being able to add unhideable markers
- make lycanites dungeons mark directly instead of only after it generated (by ToklarAkara)
- add CT compat for biomedetectorevent, use it to override what chunks get mapped to what textureset
- allow disabling atlas updating on client (not needed, maybe slightly smoother, was technically able to lead to desyncs)
- fix all OTG biomes displaying as PLAINS, my fault
