RealSpeed shows your real movement speed on the Character panel, right next to its Speed stat. The game's own Speed line only counts the speed rating on your gear; RealSpeed shows how fast you actually run.
Hunter's Mark Reminder puts a Hunter's Mark reminder icon on the nameplate of the one enemy worth marking: a boss, an elite, a rare elite, a world boss or an enemy player.
