Guild roster and officer management, built for the Guild Master who got handed the job with no warning.

🤔 What is Xal's Roster Roundup?

This one started as something to help a friend. Blinky got thrust into the Guild Master role and has been carrying the whole guild since, and I wanted to build her something that actually made that easier. Xal's Roster Roundup syncs your real guild roster automatically and gives you a real profile for every member - mains, alts, professions, why they're here, and (for the Guild Master) the actual tools to run the place - all without digging through spreadsheets or Discord threads to remember who's who.

⚡ Key features

• ✅ Live Guild Roster panel - right-click the minimap button for a full roster: a condensed list of Mains, an Alts indicator column, and a detail page for whoever's selected.
• ✅ Automatic guild sync - your real guild name, Guild Master, and every current member sync in automatically. No manual entry to get started.
• ✅ Main/Alt linking - link an alt to its main with a live-filtering autocomplete. Switch which character is "the main" any time - the old main automatically becomes the new main's alt instead of being left stranded.
• ✅ Two profession fields per character, each with autocomplete against the real, current profession list.
• ✅ "Reason they're here" tags - Raid, Dungeon, Achievements, Mounts, Community.
• ✅ New member tracking - a brand-new member's name shows in orange until their profile's been opened at least once, so nobody gets missed. Confirmed Mains show in green.
• ✅ Guild Master tools - private per-member notes, an Officer list, and real Promote/Demote/Kick actions gated to the actual Guild Master, each behind a confirmation popup (Kick behind two).
• ✅ Guild Master alt access - linked one of your other characters as your Guild Master's alt? That character can open the same notes/nickname/Officer tools too, no need to log onto your actual Guild Master character just to jot something down. Real guild actions (Promote/Demote/Kick) still only work on your actual Guild Master character - that's a WoW server restriction, not something any addon can get around.
• ✅ Communication page - any member can whisper the Guild Master or any Officer straight from the Options window.
• ✅ Display & Text customization - accent color, background color/opacity, and body text font/size/outline, all from the Options window.
• ✅ Minimap button - left-click opens Options, right-click opens the Guild Roster directly.

🚧 In the works

• Multi-guild support via tabs (not in the addon yet).
• Additional "reason they're here" tag categories based on feedback.
