A full guild roster toolkit for Guild Masters and officers - member profiles, applications, recruitment, and more, all in one window.

🤔 What is Xal's Roster Roundup?

Roster Roundup gives a Guild Master (or any officer) real tools for actually running a guild, instead of Blizzard's own bare-bones roster window. Track notes, custom notes, and professions per member, link alts to their mains, review and act on guild applications, recruit new members, and see a real activity log of who joined, left, got promoted, or got demoted - all without leaving the game.

⚡ Key features

• Guild Master page - unreviewed new members, rank changes made by other officers, a Ban List, and Promote/Demote/Kick, gated on your character's real in-game rank permissions.
• Officer page - the same new-member and rank-change view for any officer, without the Guild-Master-only Ban List.
• Member profiles - Note, Officer's Note, Custom Notes, professions, "reason they're here" tags, and a read-only Player Alts list, right on the Roster page.
• Manual date entry - set Date Joined, Promoted, or Birthday by hand for anyone the addon didn't personally witness join or get promoted.
• Mains / Alts - a star marks a confirmed Main, right-click a name to set one, and linked alts show inline with a one-click Add Alt.
• Applications page - review pending guild-finder applicants (level, class, note, how long ago they applied) and Accept, Decline, or Whisper them, with an optional automatic "you're in" whisper on accept.
• Recruitment - scan for unguilded players in a level range, whisper them from a template, invite them straight to the guild, post recruitment ads to General/Trade, and track your stats.
• Activity log - every join, departure, promotion, demotion, level-up, note change, and banned-name rejoin, searchable and filterable.
• Floating alert icon - lights up (in a different color) for a pending application, an unreviewed new member, or a rank change, so you always know something needs a look.
• Mouseover panel - hover any name in Blizzard's own native Guild Roster window for an instant profile card, with an editable Custom Notes field right there.
• Per-guild Discord link - your Guild Master sets your own guild's invite link; it's never hardcoded to someone else's server.
• Fully customizable look - accent color, background color/opacity, and font family/size/outline, all adjustable in settings.
• Resizable window - drag the bottom-right corner to make the main window bigger or smaller.
• Real minimap button - left-click opens the main window, right-click jumps straight to the Roster page.
