Xal's Craft Courier

Turns your mailbox into a crafting dispatch center. Xal's Craft Courier scans your bags, sorts materials by profession, and routes them to the right crafter — yours or your guild's — in one click. No more digging through bags to remember who makes what.

🤔 What is Xal's Craft Courier?

You loot a stack of ore, some cloth, a handful of herbs — and now you have to remember which alt is your Blacksmith, mail it, remember which alt is your Tailor, mail that too. Craft Courier does the sorting for you: set each profession's crafter once, and every time you open a mailbox, one button scans your bags and queues up exactly the right mail to exactly the right person.

⚡ Key features

• ✅ Assign a dedicated crafter for every profession — Alchemy, Blacksmithing, Enchanting, and the rest, each with their own recipient.
• ✅ True one-click mailing — a themed "Send to Crafters" button appears right on the default Send Mail frame. Hit Send All and every mail sends itself, one after another — no clicking Send Mail by hand for each recipient.
• ✅ Personal and Guild tabs — sending to your own alts vs. your guild's crafters is always a deliberate, separate choice, never an automatic swap between the two. Guild crafters are kept fully separate per guild.
• ✅ Profession list in the send window — every profession is shown, with a green dot marking which ones actually have something ready to send right now.
• ✅ Smart bag scanning — reads every bag (including the reagent bag) and matches items to professions automatically.
• ✅ Filter system — control exactly which expansions and item types (reagents, tools, recipes) get sent to each crafter, in its own clean popup.
• ✅ Full guild crafter support — pulls your live guild roster straight into the crafter picker, no manual typing.
• ✅ Movable send button — drag it anywhere on screen, then right-click to lock it in place.
• ✅ Plays nicely with other mailing addons — works correctly alongside TSM and similar addons that customize the mailbox.
• ✅ Quick setup screen — a guided first-run panel to assign crafters in seconds, with a deeper Options panel for fine-tuning.

Ideas being finalized or planned — not in the addon yet, check back as these land:

• Auto-suggested crafters — each character can self-report its own professions on login, so setup can suggest "CharName has Blacksmithing" instead of typing names blind
• Guild-wide profession sync — long-term idea: guildmates also running Craft Courier could share profession data automatically (needs mutual adoption, bigger build)
