Snowball Fight

Grab some snowballs and start a fight. Click the snowball on your minimap and hit Start snowball fight. Everyone nearby with the addon gets an invite, teams are picked, and the game runs itself, match after match. No group, no setup, no one stuck running things.

Three ways to play

The fight rotates through three games:

• Snowball Fight: Red vs Green, best of 3 rounds. Every hit is a point.
• King of the Hill: one player is the King, everyone else takes them on. Knock the King’s health to zero, or the King holds the hill. Get hit by the King and you’re out for a few seconds.
• Crown: hit whoever has the crown to steal it. Whoever holds it longest wins.

After each match you get a results screen with the MVP and a few fun awards, then the next one starts on its own.

Everything is on the minimap snowball

• Start a fight, or join one going on near you
• Watch for a while, then Jump in when you’re ready
• Leave whenever you like
• Change your settings, like how invites reach you

When a fight starts nearby, you’ll also get a small popup: Jump in or Watch. Want a breather mid-fight? Sit out, or hit Next match to join the following one.

What it feels like

• A hit marker the moment your snowball lands, and +1 over the player you hit
• Lucky crits that 'freeze' your target for a moment
• Clear team markers over every player, so you always know who’s who
• Tied round? Sudden death: next hit wins
• Scores stay right for everyone, whether it’s 4 players or 40
• If the host leaves or reloads, someone else takes over and the match keeps going

Good to know

• Snowballs come from the Feast of Winter Veil. Bring a stack or two.
• Everyone needs version 2.3 or newer. King of the Hill and Crown need everyone on 2.4.
• Same faction only: Alliance and Horde can’t share a fight.
• Stay close: about 200 yards from the host. You’ll get a warning if you wander off.
• Harmless: snowballs don’t hurt anyone or pull monsters.
• Easy keys: in Key Bindings > AddOns, bind “Target next opponent” and “Throw snowball”.

Prefer typing? /sbf opens the same menu, and /sbf help lists every command. You can also whisper anyone in a fight snowball to get pulled in.
