Reel Deal

Track every catch. Earn every trophy. Reel Deal is a fishing tracker for WoW Forever that keeps your stats, logs everything you pull out of the water, rewards you with achievements, and makes fishing faster with one-click tools.

Type /reel to open it.

Fish faster

Quick bar. four small buttons on your screen.
Cast Fishing with one click
Apply lure applies the best lure in your bags to your pole, and shows how many you have left.
Equip pole / swap back equips your best fishing pole, remembers your weapon, and puts it back on the next click.
Open Reel Deal shows your stats.
Double right-click to cast while a fishing pole is equipped. A single right-click still loots the bobber.
Auto-loot while fishing: turns on when you cast and goes back to normal when you stop.
Louder splash sounds (optional): raises sound effects and lowers music while you fish, then restores them.
Key binding: `/reel bind <key>` lets you cast with one key press.

Track your fishing

Automatic stats: casts, catches, items, missed bites, and your current and best streak. Nothing to type.
Catch log: every item you've fished up, colored by quality, with counts.
Favorite spots: it remembers where you fish and shows your most productive zone.
Session counter: see how much you've caught since you logged in.

20 achievements

Catching: from your first fish up to 5,000 catches.
Streaks: land 5, 10 or 20 catches in a row.
Exploring: fish in 3 or 10 different zones.
Collecting: catch 10, 25 or 50 different kinds of items.
Lucky finds: uncommon and rare catches.
Bad luck: the one that got away, and the patience to keep casting.
Marathon: 100 catches in a single session.

Make fishing addictive -

Angler levels and titles: earn XP on every catch and climb from Novice Angler to Legendary Angler (level 50).
Combo multiplier: each catch in a row adds +10% XP, up to double. Don't miss!
3 daily challenges: new goals every day, with a Perfect Day bonus for finishing all three.
Day streak bonus: fish day after day for bigger rewards. -
Rare catch celebrations: a popup and sound when you land something special.
Session summary: a quick recap when you put your pole away

**Angler levels are purely for fun and for competitive purposes between friends and does not tie into the games actual fishing xp profession**

Commands

Good to know

Missed catches are estimated: a cast that never produced a catch before your next cast.
Buttons that cast or equip can only change out of combat. Changes made during a fight apply when it ends.
Shift-drag the edge of the quick bar to move it.
Everything is on the Options tab in the window, and your stats and achievements are saved across all your characters.
If a new lure isn't picked up automatically, use `/reel lure <itemID>`.

Reel Deal is new and actively being improved. If you hit a bug, please post it in the comments or on the Issues tab, and include the Lua error text if you got one. Ideas for new achievements and features are very welcome.
