Raid Ready

RaidReady is a raid leader's pre-pull checklist. One addon, installed by the whole
raid, that answers three questions: is everyone running the right addons, is
everyone stocked on consumables, and is each raider actually ready to pull?

RAID ADDONS
Pick the addons your raid requires (and a minimum version). One click checks the
whole raid and shows a class-coloured roster: OK, Outdated, Missing, No addon, or
Offline. Raiders see their own status in a pop-up, and can optionally be whispered
to update. Only the raid leader or an assistant can run a check.

RAID CONSUMABLES
Require whole categories - Flasks, Combat Potions, Healing Potions, Weapon
Enhancement, Augment Runes, Healthstones. A raider passes a category by carrying
any item in it. Players get a pre-raid view of everything they're carrying, and
see the qualifying options for any category they're missing.

CHARACTER
A per-character readiness score out of 1000, weighing item level, tier set,
consumables, enchants, gems, weapon and trinket empowerment, durability, equipment
set, talent loadout and gold. Hover the bar for a full breakdown of every check.
Set a preferred equipment set and talent loadout for dungeons and raids, and it
warns you when you're in the wrong one for the group you're in. Flags missing
enchants and empty gem sockets. Supports Talent Loadout Ex.

COMMANDS
/rr - open (raid leaders get the full panel, raiders get their own view)
/rr check - run an addon check
/rr settings - minimap toggle, UI scale, scoring options
/rr ids - show item IDs on tooltips

Flat, dark UI that scales 75-200%, with a minimap button.
