NetherSuite 2.0.22 - Controllers

Restart the game after updating (new files). A /reload is not enough.

- Works with a controller, the whole Nether family: the d-pad moves a highlight between the buttons of
  every Nether window, A presses, B goes back (the hub's Back), the bumpers turn the pages, the right stick
  scrolls; Y moves a window and X sizes it. With ConsolePort, its own cursor drives the windows. In a fight the
  controller goes straight back to your character.
- Settings > Behaviour: "Controller navigation in Nether windows" (on) turns it on or off for every Nether
  addon, and "Place things with the controller" lets you move what Nether addons let you drag (unit frames,
  meters, the quest tracker, minimap buttons and more) with the d-pad. It is also a key binding (Key Bindings >
  AddOns > NetherSuite), so a controller button can start it.
- The NetherSuite minimap button can be turned round the minimap with the controller.
- NetherSearch 2.0.11 (inside NetherSuite): comes with the family's shared controller support.
