JayESims x Jaye Hinson Presents - House of a Hoarder

By
JayESims

A cluttered, chaotic space where every item tells a story… and not all of them are happy.

Family… this one is personal.
It’s uncomfortable. It’s layered. It’s real.

Introducing our brand-new lot trait:

House of a Hoarder

1 Brand-New Lot Trait — House of a Hoarder

New Buffs & Moodlets that reflect shame, love, panic, and generational weight
Story-Driven Dialogue & Emotional Notifications
Designed for family saves, messy elders, legacy trauma, and realism players

✨ Why This Matters

We made this because not every house is “aesthetic.”
Not every family lives in a spotless mansion.
Sometimes… that house is filled with decades of stuff, memories, and silence.

Hoarding is emotional.
Sometimes it’s grief.
Sometimes it’s guilt.
Sometimes it’s “I might need that one day.”
Sometimes it’s just… overwhelming.

Whether your Sims are cleaning, ignoring, confronting, or breaking down —
this trait gives them space to feel.
To carry shame.
To show love.
To struggle.
