I’ve struggled my whole life with anxiety. Not just in moments, but in my body, in my spirit. Always overthinking. Always doubting if I was enough. Always asking, “Do they love me? Am I safe here? Am I too much?”

Truth is, I’ve never really felt like I was loved at my best or even fully seen. And don’t even get me started on love... whew. We gonna talk about that.
Trust, we gonna talk about a lot more.

But for now I wanted to give you something honest. Something personal. Something that represents me, you, and real people like us.
And of course something for your Sims to live it out, play it out, and heal it out too.

Sims react based on their attachment type from shutting down, begging for reassurance, over-explaining texts, to respecting boundaries and showing up with love.
