This mod fixes the broken neighborhood action plan feature (short: NAP) to make it less annoying and actually playable, not something you have to remember to instantly disable in every new save.
All modules are in separate package, so you can pick and choose (in case you don't want all of it, but are looking for specific fixes only).
For instance, the mod
-stops Sims from constantly stealing stuff from your carefully designed community lots due to the sharing is caring NAP,
-stops Sims from constantly wearing bags due to a NAP. For more details, see the descriptions for the separate modules,
-tunes down the overpowering dazed moodlet for the Juiced Community NAP,
-stops relationships from constantly going bright red due to the roughhousing neighborhood,
-stops obsessive behaviour from several naps (e.g. baking cakes, practising herbalism, push ups)
