Wearing Bags - NAP Overhaul

NAP overhaul is a modular mod that makes the effects of the Eco Lifestyle Neighborhood Action Plans (= NAPs) much more subtle and sensitive. Each NAP has its own mod package and you can combine them in whichever way you prefer.

This ist the wearing bags module. 

It stops Sims from wearing that atrocious bags over their heads whenever that NAP is active.

What the NAP does in its subtle form is making Sims a little less likely to socialise autonomously, make it a little harder for them to gain social skills an makes embarassed buffs decay slower.
