NAP overhaul is a modular mod that makes the effects of the Eco Lifestyle Neighborhood Action Plans (= NAPs) much more subtle and sensible. Each NAP has its own mod package and you can combine them in whichever way you prefer.
This ist the Free Love module.
It stops Sims from constantly woohooing while the Free Love NAP ist active. Instead, they will gift each other flowers autonomously (if you have Seasons) and they will unlock the beguile interaction.
Sims will also be more effective at learning the following skills while that NAP ist active: Charisma, Romance, Singing
