Roughhousing - NAP Overhaul

NAP overhaul is a modular mod that makes the effects of the Eco Lifestyle Neighborhood Action Plans (= NAPs) much more subtle and sensible. Each NAP has its own mod package and you can combine them in whichever way you prefer.

This ist the Roughhousing module. 

This will stop Sims from constantly picking fights when that NAP is active.

Instead, your Sims' angry buffs will decrease at a slower rate. It also will be easier to boost your friendship towards mean, evil and dastardly Sims with this NAP active, while it will be harder to boost a friendship to a Sim that is good while the NAP is active. Your played Sims will gain the mischief skill faster while the NAP is active. The will also perform better at certain careers that involve being not so nice (critic,  scientist) and worse at careers that are more on the caring side (doctor, lifeguard, babysitter, conservationist)
