THIS UPDATE WILL BREAK YOUR WORLD.

After almost 5 years I have finally fixed a glaring issue with FakePlayers and OreStages.
-Digital Miner now properly mines all ores
-Quantum Quarry now Properly Mines all Ores
-This might cause some ores to show up earlier than intended, but this is preferable to no resources.

-Slightly increased Thorium fluel Radiation
-Increased amount of pollution from Coal Ore
-Removed BuildCraft as it was causing several problems
-Added several optimization/QoL mods that should have been in the pack in the first place(recipe conflicts are much easier to get around now!)
-Changed the recipe for the Active Fluid Cooler from Nuclearcraft, as it was a little too strong for how good it can be with a good water setup.
