The Simple Life 2

This is the last major update for the pack and server files will be uploaded alongside it.

If you have problems with the quest book then please use `/bq_admin default load`  and `/bq_admin edit` 

 before posting a bug report as these are the two most common causes for issues.

Thankyou for the support of the pack, a 1.12.2 pack is coming soon that will hopefully capture the feel of the Simple Life in a new way!
