-updated Biomes O' Plenty config to prevent Mangrove biome from generating (trees aren't supported by dynamic trees)

-added world.json config file to Biomes O' Plenty config to determine world generation settings at launch. 

-updated Thaumcrafts config to prevent it from generating its own trees. (a dynamic trees addon adds versions that work)
