Changelogs v1.1 - First Beta Release!!

- Increased enchantment limit on most enchants to Level 127 (CXXVII, good luck obtaining that big of a level btw)
- Increased level limit on most artifacts with skills that don't have enough skill points to max out all of them
- Removed Antidote Vessel's 2nd ability which was to steal effects off of players. Could be used to steal positive potion effects that lasted indefinitely from the victim,
 and the user would only get regular effect length times
- Made The Meka-Tana and Meka-Bow enchantable (Yes very overpowered I know, might disable later depending on balance issues)
- Set up the Voice Chat port for the server (For the 2nd time.)
- Allowed people who bear The Ring of Seven Virtues to kill those annoying seagulls that steal your food (They suck bro...)
- Firearms and ammunition will now no longer spawn inside of loot chests to make them more difficult to obtain
- Decreased the drop chance for Echo Shards from Wardens from 50% -> 5%
- Increased Keg capacity from 1,000mb -> 4,000mb
- Made a change to where only the original owner of Enigmatic Amulet's can pick up their Extradimensional Vessel
- Flight granted by the Gift of Heaven / Grace of The Creator will now consume x3 as much as experience than previously
- Slightly increased block reach for Charm of Treasure Hunter
- Changed to where you can now wear multiple spellstones at the same time (Use with caution)
- Magnetic ring radius increased from 8 -> 16 and Dislocation ring radius increased from 16 -> 24
- The Ring of Seven Curses will now no longer affect Bees
- Humans can now see the nutrional value for Vampire's Food for Vampires
- Made Bat Meat have a chance to give poison instead of wither to Humans
- Disabled the Vampirism Menu GUI button in the inventory (It was overlapping with other buttons, you can still open the menu via a keybind)
- Enabled the Umbrella for Vampirism
- Sorted Curios slots to load in a specific way in hopes that charms will no longer be unequipped upon loading into a world, and also for general organization purposes
