Various biomes, world types, and a couple of performance mods. Still don't have an official changelog.

Random water, lava, and other decoration features generating on planets that shouldn't (20% done)

Loading screen finally randomized. 

Avg world height on some planets to prevent warpdrive ship destruction when descending. 

Raining in space (found fix, unimplemented).
