Archicraft is an automatic building and decoration mod for Minecraft 1.12.2.
The mod have 5 different architectural styles with buildings and streets for all kind of purposes. All of them are empty, so you can decorate them at will and adapt the building for your needs.
This is the first of Archicraft group of mods, the second is Archicraft - Outer War
Architectural styles
-Bio: Natural. Mostly birch and acacia planks with a little of clay and concrete in green and white colors. Inspired by Anno 2070 Ecos
-Arch: Tecnologic and futuristic. Mostly concrete and glass in white and blue colors. Inspired by futuristic designs and Arcology.
-Luxark: Luxury, perfection and decoration. Concrete and glass in yellow, orange and white. For mid or lategame. Bigger buildings and decoration at higher cost. Inspired by Art Deco, International Style and Bauhaus Style.
-Alqaz: Desertic, decorated, andalusi/arabesque. Mostly sandstone and clay with a bit of water, gardens, acacia and concrete in earth colors.
-Okeanos: Artificial islands and subacuatic bases. Mostly concrete and glass in white and blue colors. For late game. Inspired by Arcology and Subnautica.
Building process
This mod was created to help the building process, so this is very easy. You only need to craft a token of the wanted architectural style, craft the block of the build you want, one chest and the required materials.
Tokens
Bio, Arch, Luxark, Alqaz and Okeanos
Each craft yields 4 tokens.
Build
When you have the block of the building (see the pictures for the recipes), put it in the place you want and a chest on the opposite side to the building. One important thing to know is that the block is on the bottom left corner of the building.
Once you put the chest, you can see the area of construction, the middle of it and, for the Okeanos style, the part that should be underwater. (You have to see the building block to see the area)
Then, put the materials in the chest and the block will get it. The GUI of the block will show the number of required materials and the number already in the block.
When the block have all the required materials, it start to build layer per layer until ends and then, destroys itself.
Two things to keep on mind is that the number of materials needed is less than if you build it, and it accept any type of multitype blocks like wood or planks, even from mods.
Creative
If you want to try/see the build, you can put a bedrock block in the first slot of the chest to start the building process.

Will this mod be coming to 1.18 or above?
In reply to muttley_1968:
Hi, I'll try to update all of the Archicraft mods to a newer version when I've time.
Great mod. Thanks. Just a fyi. If you want to change the blocks of a building. Use Worldedit "replace" command. Works great. :-)
What will be your next archicraft mod ?
In reply to choupidu:
Hi, I'm currently on a hiatus, but my plans are update all the Archicraft mods to a newer version o Minecraft before do another new.
I can't tell a exact date, but maybe this summer I will have more free time.
In reply to Alfomega_luos:
I'm really happy to hear this! Archicraft would be an excellent addition to any 1.16 - 1.18 playthrough I do.
In reply to ShefuOjichan:
same :)
Great Mod! just started using it in of my worlds though was wondering if it might be possible to get the materials for each build in words instead of block pics. Have spent the past couple of days trying to figure out what the pink block just below the oak wood planks in the Alqaz factory build is ( Not so good eye sight and too many mods added 😅 ) Or if it might be possible to add tooltips for when you hover over the block pictures in the GUI for easier use?
In reply to jwoke85:
First of all, thanks for using it and I'm glad you like it.
When I end with Archicraft - Outer War, I will update both to 1.16 version of Minecraft. One of the main changes will be add that tooltip to the GUI.
The "pink block" is colored terracotta and yes, that is one of that block in Minecraft that is difficult to recognize.
Thanks for your comment and the recomendation.
On 1.12.2 when I load this mod with Pam's HarvestCraft it crashes, if needed I can send crashlog
Can you possibly update to 1.16.5?
In reply to triplesticks05:
I'm with Archicraft building - Outer War now, when I end with it, I will try to update both to 1.16.
hello there.Amazing mod.Works perfectly fine. I only have one question. Is it possible to change the color of the builds ?
In reply to smooth_criminal_1926:
First of all, I'm glad you like it.
Second, currently no, maybe with the update to newer versions of Minecraft (soon). But the thing is that the idea of each style is to be uniform, with its own concept. For this reason I didn't let to choose the color.
Thanks for your comment.
Great mod, love using it so far, just two quesations however:
Will the doors be getting redstone support? They are [retty doors and I would like to use them everywhere, but lack of redstone control is meh
And will Outer War themes also get their doors/lights/luminaries etc?
In reply to ernestoperopezzi:
Those doors are decorative, they aren't true Minecraft doors (don't have redstone activation and don't count for villagers). I had a problem with the implementation when I did it so I let them like that.
Now, with Suxen lib I can solve some of that problems so, the next Archicraft mods will have doors with redstone interaction.
Archicraft - Outer War have wildcard styles, each have its own focus to be used with others. So, they won't have doors, lights, lamps or luminaries, but next Archicraft mod will have.
Thanks for the comment and the suggestion.
The Okeanos Floating Runway seems to only want to place facing north / south. I can't get it to place facing east / west. I'll test with just this mod in a moment.
EDIT: It still happens with just this mod and the lib.
In reply to BrisingrAerowing:
First of all, thanks for the report.
I don't know how it's possible. The code for the building process is almost the same for every block, only the building pattern change from one to another. So, if one block have a bug on that, would be in all the blocks.
I checked that block and use it and I can't see any problem. I can build it in any direction.
You said that you use this mod and one lib, which one?
I had suxen lib installed as well, as I was thinking it was a dependency. This may be a Forge-related issue, as I'm on 14.23.5.2854.
In reply to BrisingrAerowing:
Suxen Lib is a dependency for my other mods and the other Archicraft mods (actual and future).
Maybe is a forge issue, I will check it and see if I can solve it.
Thanks for the report and the info.
EDIT: I just try it with that forge version and it works. I think that could be a download/install problem with forge. Try to delete it and install it again.
