had to reupload due to it being rejected but in the meantime i also installed a few other mods that help with low end pcs.

performance update includes the following:

-removed mods that caused bad performance impact (mainly distant horzions)

-removed a resource pack that caused low fps at certain areas

-removed invaild shader

+added performance mods and settings to help with fps at higher rendering

+configured shader settings

+added QoL mods.
