Happy halloween...
It is recommended to make a new world set to a single biome like the redwood forest for maximum horror experience. You can also just keep running your normal survival if you please. I would have changed the menu but due to time (I wanted to have had this released before the health rework), the menu is staying the same.
Side note: seems the mods added don't play well with difficulty enhancement...
