Tweaked:

- All "basic modded ores" like copper, tin, lead are now from Thermal Expansion, the duplicates from other mods are now disabled

- Tweaked ore generation to be a bit less grindy

- All wands from NotEnoughWands now costs RF instead of XP

- Removed Emerald Tools from Cyclic due to conflicts with Emerald Tools from Actually Additions

- The Flat Bedrock layer, is now Y:1 instead of Y:2, due to conflicts with Flux creation in Flux Networks mod
