PATCH NOTES FOR PROJECT OVERPOWERED 1 - VERSION 4.3

General:
-Adjusted emc for ender dragon to no longer give huge EMC profit

Config Changes:
-Fallen torches can no longer ignite wood or burnable blocks
-Unstable ingot takes 600 ticks instead of 200 to explode
-DragonsEye drop chance buffed to 15% instead of 10%
-Roost breederspeed changed to 2.0 intead of 1.8 and roostspeed from 1.7 to 1.8

-Removed ---- line from rending gale quest
-Colored the information on how to go to the end and that mobs dont spawn in mining dimension in the mining dimension quest and also in the first welcome quest
-Added an Enderman Head Quest to Ender IO questline

Shop Changes:
-Nerfed Bonsai Pot Lottery Crate lowering the chance for both MK3 and MK2
+Buffed Alchemical Crate making the chance for pink matter higher
-Passive mob crate and hostile mob crate now cost 5 SBC

-Nefed watch of flowing time accerelation from 15 to 14
-Watch of flowing time now requires 5 blue matter instead of 2
