» This modpack is all about quest driven exploration, adventuring and a light bit of automation - you'll be pleasantly surprised to find most of common 1.12.2 mods that make life just a little easier available in this modpack as well as some new ones that add a tiny bit of a challenge!
» Upon first entering the game you'll find yourself in a world full of wonders and danger. Advent of Ascension (Nevermine) has to be one of my all time favourites so I had to include it, the mod makes itself known from the very early stages of the game, adding powerful mobs that you'll have to be cautious around as well as a whole skill system to counter them. The Spice of Life is yet another addon I adore and decided to add into the mix, it is described as a mod that encourages dietary variety through diminishing returns though worry not AgriCraft and HarvestCraft are here as yet another counter measure. After setting up shelter endless possibilities come to mind and that's where the most exciting part of PedCraft comes to play. Tinker around with TInkers Construct, semi-automate a variety of things with Ender IO, make your life just a little bit easier with OpenBlocks and explore the vast landscape from far above with the Iron Jetpacks & Open Glider mods.
» Now every once in a while one may ask, ''Where does the name PedCraft originate from?'' and well, it's not the simplest answer. You see, it all started around two years and a half ago when myself and two of my dear friends, Bill Heart and Joe Russon were playing the popular MMO known at the time as ATLAS, one day after a long adventure out in the open seas Bill exclaims ''I'm going to Ped!'' which Joe replies with ''Ped?'' then I intervene ''I think he meant bed.'' yet Bill exclaims once again ''Ped!'' which resulted in a good laughter from myself & Joe, and ever since that day this little incident became an inside joke between the three of us for many shenanigans to come.
» As for anyone wondering, yes this modpack was in fact made by one person, and even though I may not be the most professional modder out there I'll try my best to keep everything up to date 'n fix any bugs and glitches that may come along the way, as long as I'm invested of course. With that ending note here's a short trailer that I thought turned out pretty well.
