If you have a world on the previous version, you can simply just 

1. replaced Aquaculture 2 with Exline's Fishing because it conflicts with Iron Fishing Rods
2. changed shader
3. added more recourse packs, like Mobs refreshed and Mob Diversity, Fancy Crops, Fancy: GUI Overhaul and Undertale default font to give the modpack a more unique look.
