Outbreak: Containment Lost is a 1.20.1 Forge infection-survival modpack focused on a spreading outbreak, harsh survival, immersive sound, dangerous exploration, and long-term progression.

The world has fallen into containment failure. Infection is spreading, cities are abandoned, supplies are limited, and survival is no longer just about fighting. You will need to manage thirst, temperature, food, shelter, weapons, and resources while the outbreak continues to grow around you.

Gameplay style
