FORGE IS NOW 40.0.36

BETA UPDATE:
Even know this is in Beta now it is still not recommended to try to use your worlds from 1.18.1 to 1.18.2 as it can cause Corruption and Issues.
If you do decide to do it however, there will be no help on fixing those issues as it is simply impossible for me to do so.

BUG: Oculus is having Render Issues with Minecolonies, waiting for a Mod Update to Fix, a temporary fix is to disable/remove Oculus when doing Minecolonies stuff.
