Minecraft Upgrade

- re-added Fast Leaf Decay mod instead of the data-pack.
- added Server Utilities to server files.
- removed Craftable Deeds, chunk claiming is possible with Server Utilities.
- update many mods, new features from Supplementaries.
- made turkeys spawn in forests and jungles instead of plains and savanna.
- disabled observers seeing entities, use elder guardian eyes instead.
- added few new tips.
- added recipe to reconvert quartz blocks into quartz.
- fixed zombies not spawning in arid biomes.
- disabled realistic bees.
- raised beds and banners stack size to 16.

Don't forget to backup your world before updating.
