Minecraft Upgrade

- added an official multiplayer server (beta).
- removed RoadRunner, causes issues.
- made totems of holding stay indefinitely.
- disabled water and lava buckets stacking.
- made spawners last 5 times longer.
- enabled night vision enchant.
- made chorus links cheaper to craft.
- disabled mobs spawning on nether roof bedrock blocks.
- disabled UI hiding when menus are open.
- made witches skin like other illagers.
- updated some mods.
- added and edited tips.
