Updated and added more quests, changed mekanism resources to be loaded before thermal (ex: steel and lead)

Removed old configs and tweaked some.

Added some textures.

Remove or delete Fresh Animations Resource Pack if you're not using Optifine (will tweak this later).

A Resource Pack for note blocks is also enabled, this show the actual note of it.
